To capture the most magic possible, our sessions revolve around the golden hour. The photo session is a full 2 hours, with a halfway refresher break.
Most photographers provide only 20 photos an hour, and have them back to you in 2-4 weeks. We give you 50 photos in 72 hours, because we think you deserve just that little bit of extra love.

We’re so confident you’ll be loving this experience and all the photos and prints that come with it, we guarantee to re-edit or redo the entire session if you are not thrilled with the results. The Joy Guarantee
No need to worry if the kids will be cooperative. Our sessions are are filled with so much play and humor, we have yet to see an uncooperative or cranky child! If your child does become uncooperative or cranky, we’ll likely have so many photos that for the few moments that they are, we guarantee it won’t spoil the shoot. All sessions will be shot at Lassen National Park. Details will be provided in your Session Confirmation email.

Rescheduling: You can reschedule your session once without a fee if you notify us at least 72 hours in advance. Reschedule requests made less than 72 hours before the session will incur a $127 fee.
Cancellations: Unless the cancellation is due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances on our end, we do not accept cancellations. This is because we put in a tremendous amount of preparation on our end. We fully commit to you, so we ask you fully commit to us :)
No-shows: Unfortunately, no-shows forfeit any chance for a refund.

If unforeseen weather conditions prevent us from shooting, we will reschedule your session at no additional cost. We’ll notify you as soon as possible if there’s any impact on your booking.
Due to the nature of the session (winter, snow, outdoors), the session will be cold. Please dress and plan accordingly!

We recommend coordinating outfits with complementary colors or festive themes. Neutral tones, reds, greens, or cozy winter outfits tend to photograph well in our Winter Wonderland setting. Avoid loud patterns that might distract from your faces.

Typical turnarounds for photographers is 2-4 weeks. We aim to serve you faster:
Within 24 hours: you will receive 1-5 edited photos, immediately useable for social media.
Within 72 hours: you receive access to your online gallery with all 50 edited photos downloadable in full resolution.
Within one week: Your Holiday Cards will be delivered and your Premium Photo Album will arrive.

Absolutely! You are welcome to bring small props (like a favorite toy or holiday item) to personalize your session. If you’d like to bring a pet, please let us know in advance to ensure we can accommodate them.

We understand that life happens! If someone is sick, please notify us as soon as possible. We will do our best to reschedule your session, depending on availability, to ensure everyone feels their best on shoot day.
